I had pluged this into the mixingboard, but had put the output of the amplifier directly back into the micro-channel of the same board. When you'd put up the volume there was, of course, a feedback.

If you then turned the "Tremolo"-knob on the fender, it started to modulate. That's how all the twittering-sounds were made, for which I later on the the VCS-3 of EMS.
I had just finished the 'Irrlicht' record, then the thing was already broken.

Than I also had my meine Teisco organ that had this pitch wheel. Apart from that I had opened it and - just -so - switched around some cables at it's oscillators...

I didn't had the faintest idea of the technoloy, but all of a sudden it sounded completely different.
I liked that. <
